Our Performance Promise

Our servers are among the most high-spec available, with large disk space on fast performing hard drives, powerful CPUs and the most generous amounts of high speed memory. We upgrade our machines regularly to keep them at the fore-front of the available technology and, because we manage our own nameserver resolution, we move accounts to the newer servers seamlessly. Our older accounts also move when we upgrade.

And Beyond...

We refuse to oversell resources and constantly monitor usage and balance bandwidth and disk space use across all of our servers. We implement configurations, scripts and tools which ensure better security, monitoring, prevention and tracking of any abuses, virus and spam protection, etc. We use SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) to monitor the availability of services; any failed service is instantly restarted. We give you, our client, the high standard of service we would demand for ourselves (and we know what works!!).
