We constantly monitor our network and every individual server on it to ensure the availability of our clients' websites at all times. We use both internal and external monitoring. If a service should fail on your server, we will know almost immediately and will proactively restart the service ensuring your servers availability with no intervention required on your part. Usually, you will never even know a problem occurred.

Every Client has a client control panel from which orders, accounts, and hosting may be managed. This client area includes a ticket support system for raising issues relating to your service with us.

  • a pager address for immediate callback, and
  • an off-server email address.

  • The pager address is the most popular innovation - after all, why should you have to pay to phone us because you have an urgent issue?

    We recognise that our success depends on your success. If you want a module or script installed on your server, we are happy to help. We do not charge you extra to make our service right for you - you are entitled to that as a client.
