fail on your server, we will know almost immediately and will proactively

Every Client has a client control panel from which orders, accounts, and
hosting may be managed. This client area includes a ticket support system
for raising issues relating to your service with us.

number, a pager address for immediate callback, and an off-server email
address.
The pager address is the most popular innovation - after all,
why should you have to pay to phone us because you have an urgent issue?

charge you extra to make our service right for you - you are entitled to that
